The Nadeau House
"Peregrine Honig has just completed a mesmerizing poppy mural that adorns the living room walls of our historic home, the Nadeau House, in Kansas City's Museum District.
Honig addressed and preserved existing pigment with rococo elements while transitioning the full botanical season across the walls. The image reflects over the mirror-framed mantle piece and brings a fresh perspective to the timeless and politically charged flower, blending historical architecture with contemporary material. The mural's placement harmonizes perfectly with the expansive walls and natural lighting of the home."
